4 acres of
pristine pesticide free pasture. Animals are never
given growth hormones, or antibiotics.
The pasture grass mixture was developed to provide nutritional balance and
flavor.
For absolute tenderness and flavor, processing occurs
between 300 and 400 pounds. |
